Manor House Creations & The Scrap Cake!

**For my September giveaway, please go HERE**

By some wild miracle, I am here with you tonight. I tell you- the last 24 hours with my computer has been a pure NIGHTMARE...and though I might have shaved 10 years off my life due to the stress with it- I'm here tonight to share with you my second project for the month of September for Manor House Creations!!

In designing for Manor House, we have the pleasure of being able to work with paper from The Scrap Cake- which I have LOVED for quite some time now. I've had the opportunity to work with them in designing for C'est Magnifique, so I'm super excited to have even more access to their amazing papers and get the chance to work with them on a monthly basis!

Today I've used some of the ultra adorable "Sweet Childhood" collection. I went for the more "boyish" pieces from this range to scrap this sweet photo of my little Gunner playing outside one morning in his pajamas and broken-down rubber boots (which I sadly threw away this week). This particular truck he is playing with has been run over (by me, lol) at least a couple of times. My kids have a habit of leaving their outside toys EVERYWHERE- and often I just don't check for toys when I'm backing out of our driveway. More than a few have fallen victim to my tires, lol!! BUT- that doesn't stop him. Broken or not, Gunner loves to play...

I'm so happy you stopped by my blog :). I have a LOT of catching up to do- it's crazy how just 24 hours without a computer gets a person backed up!! Yikes! So I'll be seeing you a little later this weekend~ until then, take care of yourself!! :D

Hvem kan tage sig af hvad tøj man har på, når den elskede lastbil kalder? du har lavet et yndig LO i skønne farver, og med dejlig "drengepynt" din store brune blomst er helt forrygende. knus morkaren.

Such a beautiful page Erin!! I love this collection and the cute, childish whimsy it adds to go along with your photo! Perfect!! And I feel your pain...in July I had to go without Internet access from Friday to Monday and it was definitely a nightmare!!

Who said little boys don't deserve pretty flowers, ay....?
Another stunning one here Erin. You have captured the essence of a little boys life in your short but sweet journalling. Those ScrapCake papers are so pretty. I love that they have the English word on one side! Fingers crossed for your PC! TFS!

I love this! I never know how to use those cute vintage type pieces, they look perfect on this layout. So cute to see him playing with his little broken down truck-looking forward to moments like that with Weston :) (ok, not looking forward to potentially running over his toys, just seeing him playing like that LOL)
